You're done waiting for the next appointment to process what's happening right now. Intimate gives you direct, on demand access to Dr. Krystal through async video — no scheduling, no waiting rooms. This is real access for the person who knows your mind is always on; and waiting for a scheduled session just doesn't come fast enough. This allows you to talk your thoughts out to me, in the moment, uncurated.
You're ready for a true strategic partnership. Immersive is the most intentional tier in the boutique; a dedicated 60-minute monthly session with Dr. Krystal, a personalized written strategy brief delivered within 48 hours of every session, and access to the full three tier resource library. This is for the individual who is done dabbling and ready to move with clarity, intention, and a real partner in their corner every single month.

The intimacy of this membership model requires that we already know each other and that we currently know each other. Each tier is designed around a real, ongoing relationship, not a cold start. Dr. Krystal cannot show up fully in your corner without knowing your story, your patterns, and where you currently are in your journey.
For that reason membership is available exclusively to current clients who have had a session with Dr. Krystal within the last 3 months.
If it's been a while or you're new to the practice, the first step is booking a session. From there membership becomes available to you.

Membership at Let's Be Krystal Clear is available exclusively to current clients who have had a session with Dr. Krystal within the last 3 months. This isn't a gatekeeping policy; it's a relationship one. The depth and intimacy of this membership model requires that we already know each other. It's difficult to show up fully in your corner without knowing your story, your patterns, and where you currently are in your life. If you're new to the practice or it's been a while, booking a session is your first step.

Start with the quiz. It takes less than 5 minutes and was designed specifically to meet you where you are in your story. If you're still unsure after the quiz, Foundation is always a strong starting point. You can upgrade at any time.

Unused exchanges do not roll over. Each month is a fresh start — which is by design. Consistency is part of the work.

Upon joining your selected tier you'll receive access instructions via email. Your library lives inside your member portal and is updated with a new resource each month.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew after that.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Within 24 hours of joining you'll receive a welcome email from Dr. Krystal with everything you need to get started — including how to access your resource library, how to submit your first email or Marco Polo message, and what to expect in your first month.

You can upgrade your membership at any time to access a higher level of support. If you feel you need something beyond what any membership tier offers, Dr. Krystal also offers individual sessions and intensive formats that can be booked separately.

After joining you'll receive specific instructions for reaching Dr. Krystal within your tier. Foundation members will receive a dedicated email address. Intimate members will receive Marco Polo connection instructions. Everything you need arrives in your welcome email.
